Terms of Service

1. The service

This application (“the Service”) provides AI chat, tools, and related features operated by Teknostudio. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that poses a risk to the Service or other users.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break applicable law, or help others do so
• Harm, harass, or exploit other people
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts
• Overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond normal use
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use

4. AI output

Answers from language models can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Do not treat them as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any output. Tool actions that need approval stop until you decide.

5. Your content

You keep rights to the prompts and files you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that material solely to run the Service for you (including calling AI providers you or we configure). Do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share.

6. Plans and limits

Usage may be limited by a package, allowance, or administrator policy. Limits can change when your plan or the installation settings change. Fees, when charged, are as shown at enrollment unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

7. Availability

We aim for a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, and force majeure may interrupt it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, except where the law forbids that limit.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
